Foils #4 are made out of divinacell, aluminum, stainless steel covered with uni-carbon and plain weave carbon-- struts have a spectra core. They are heaver than those made out of wood but are much stronger and have much thinner chord sections. Roll control was a small problem with this set but the speed was up considerably
